Policies

All of our items are designed and handcrafted in our studio. Ready to ship items will be shipped within one to two business days after payment clears. Made to order items have a turnaround time of approximately one to three weeks. If you need something sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to work with your schedule.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping fees are based on weights. Items weighing less than 16 ounces are sent First Class, while items weighing 16 ounces or more are sent Priority. You will receive an email with tracking information once your package has shipped.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship internationally. Packages are marked with the value of the item in legal accordance with international postal regulations. Buyer is responsible for all duty, import, tax, and customs charges.

Sale and Discontinued Items

All sale and discontinued items are Final Sale.

Exchanges and Returns

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s) to discuss an exchange or return. All items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

If you have requested an exchange, your account will be credited for the return and charged for the new item(s), including applicable shipping fees.

If you have requested a return, you will receive a refund, minus shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Returns and exchanges must be received by us within 10 days of request. To initiate a request, please contact us and include your name, shipping address, email address, and reason for exchange or return.
